Ian initiated Mack Builders Group in 2019, operating it alongside his construction career. He dedicated himself full-time to the business in 2020. Ian delivers personalized project consultations, budget assessments, and estimates, and directs all projects, effectively bringing clients' concepts to life.

Ian and Ashleigh have been married since 2014 and are proud parents to Sophia, Lucas, Lincoln, Nora and Finn. In his leisure time, Ian is a devoted Hawkeyes fan and enjoys fishing getaways to fish in Florida, while also valuing family activities such as park visits, trips to the zoo, aquariums, and museums.

Client Coordinator / Accountant

Ashleigh has been full time with Mack Builders Group since 2021. She manages appointment scheduling with clients and subcontractors, coordinates project tasks, processes invoices, provides guidance on project-related paperwork, and addresses any questions or concerns that arise during the project.

Ashleigh, a native Iowan from Iowa City, is an enthusiastic supporter of the Iowa Hawkeyes, enjoys offshore fishing in Florida, and reading in her free time. She and Ian were married in 2014 and have 5 children: Sophia, Lucas, Lincon, Nora and Finn. Outside of work, Ashleigh prioritizes family activities, visiting zoos, aquariums, museums and local parks.

Ashleigh is a dedicated philanthropist, actively supporting the UI Dance Marathon and previously nominated for the LLS Woman of the Year award, reflecting her commitment to community service and pediatric oncology healthcare.
